They have called my work and did me the same way. But also said that an officer would be serving me with a warrent for my arrest. I have never financed anything through the company of Cash America

You don't file suits against a SSN, you file them against a person, so don't sweat it. They probably picked the last 4 of your SSN off a receipt or some sort of document they got through crooked means, and just having the last 4 won't do them any good.
Tell them nothing, as no legit legal office works this way. If it's an actual attorney, they know what they have to do, and most of them don't have accents. These boiler rooms are mostly in India. Gives the millions of honest citizens there a bad name.
I strongly suggest either: a metal whistle if you can; if you're at work, just start punching the star and pound keys repeatedly and then hang up. If they contact an HR office, demand a written document of exactly what was said, and the number to call back, and get to a consumer attorney. If it is in this country, you might be able to sue THEM.
This company (overseas, India) and persons calling on behalf of the telephone number 508-521-9942 misrepresent themselves and are harassing my business office with numerous calls. I have no idea who they are or what they want and want them to stop. According to many posts from different people, this is a scam.
I had a message on my work phone from a investigator baxter saying he was with the dallas county hot check divisison and that he had gotten a fax this morning first of all I don't write checks and second of all they don't call you to tell you that you have a hot check they will send you something in the mail these peoples are scammers and need to be reported going to do that right away the nunber was 214-253-9879 I googled this number and this is what came up read below they will call you from their cell phones etc.
