They have called my work and did me the same way. But also said that an officer would be serving me with a warrent for my arrest. I have never financed anything through the company of Cash America
I just got the same thing called my cell phone 4 times and my work 4 times threatened that i would be arrested at my home or work tomorrow (well tomorrow is saturday) they claim they represent US FAST CASH.....i had no such loan. I just got off the phone with the FTC they are very much aware of this going around....suggest you all do same.
I received a called the same on 09/19/11 at work but was at lunch a co-worker took the message left a note for me asking to return the call from a Ron Hardy (508)521-9942 I return the call after work when I called that no# back a lady answer I asked to speak to Ron Hardy & what type of business it was.She said Oak View Law Group.She transfer me to Ron lots of talking in background I told him not to call my Job anymore that I was reporting him to the BBB and my Lawyer was looking into that matter. He hung up the phone before I can finish .On 09/16/11 same type of call at work different no# same accent using English names. threaten words to be sued from an unpaid pay day loan. not so told them same thing hung up the phone once again wish they would stop calling my job & cell with no nonsense.something needs to be done. please any advice will do.caller name on 09/16/11 was James White (714)243-8316 from Law Group Mckinney.

These people are running a scam and Bandwidth is aware put is putting the samers and the money i.e. profits before you. The only way to stop them is to place Bandwidth with your report to the FTC and the BBB.
These people will not stop, call and report these folks to the FTC, and if everyone also calls Bandwidth each time maybe after a couple 100 calls they will stop supporting these people.

I received a call at work today and it was a foreigner who asked for me. I could not understand a thing that he was saying to me, other than I was being sued. I am 60 years old and my health is not the best. I kept trying to tell him I did not know what he was talking about. Finally he said, he would tranafer me to the leagal department. Then I got a lady on the phone who gave me the last four digits of my social security number and said, they where working for the US governament. That I was having sued filed against me tomorrow at my local court house. I kept tryng to understand what all she was saying . We had a very bad lanugage barrier and I asked to speak to a diffrent representative. She told me if I wanted to take care of the problem to be quiet and listen to her, she was trying to explain what was going on. I asked several questions never getting straight anwser. Again I asked to speak to someone else. I was then told apparently I could not listen to her, that a warrant for my arrest would be served on me tommorrow. I asked for her company phone number and she hung up. She had just kept repeating I owed them $300. I think she was trying to get me to use a credit card to pay the amount. But, I had never even heard on them and the transaction was in 2008. Something needs to be done about these scammers.
