They have called my work and did me the same way. But also said that an officer would be serving me with a warrent for my arrest. I have never financed anything through the company of Cash America
They stated that it was for a fraud investigation and it seemed like they were talking outside when they were calling me and it was a lady that was calling me.

Just got a call at work from a Anjen Jones from this number saying it is urgent I return the call. Also saw the number on my cell phone. Of course I won't be doing ad she did not give a company name or what the call is about. Sorry about their luck. Agree it is scamer's trying to get your personal information.
One of our employees applied for an online payday loan - not with these people. Somehow they got a hold of his information and have been calling into the office. Do not fight with these people - they will call you back use horrible language and threaten you. I filled out a report with our state's consumer complaint department and am how keeping a log of the number they call in on, the number they left to be called back on and also the fake name and law firm they have been giving. I will resend the complaint in once a month until it stops. You can find them number a ton on numbers and all are the same description: calling work and home numbers, threatening legal action, and harassing treatment.
