The caller from CR Systems, Kim Young, was polite. However, the conversation seemed peculiar and was similar to many other conversations recorded here. She searched relatives of my mother and somehow found my telephone number. I actually am not sure if Young knew my name though. She kept stressing that I get her message and number (508) 553-1906 to my mother and that this was a personal matter that may become legal.
The calls I have been getting are from a Howard Fisk or Fiske at CR Systems. 508 553 1923. He is a VERY nasty piece of work. A medical records error caused a charge to not get filed with the insurance company. The insurance company has said that it will pay and that I am NOT liable. However, for FOUR months this jerk has been harassing me and trying to force me to pay by credit card over the phone. I have filed complaints with the FTC and the Attorney General's office, and am now seeking to file a lawsuit. It is tiem CR Systems was SHUT DOWN!!!
Sometimes the debt does NOT belong to the person whom CR Systems is harassing. Also, they are idiots if they think people will give credit card numbers to random idiots on the phone. If they are legitimate, why do they refuse to provide a street address? And why did they never send anything via mail???
So Kelly at CR systems has been calling about twice a week for my husband. Honestly the messages she leaves are ridiculously stupid she pleads and pleads for him to call her like a teenage girl calls the boy that just broke up with her it's to funny wish I could post audio. She pleads ------ I have left you several messages and I don't know why you want call me back. I really need you to call me back today its a very serious matter. Please stop ignoring my phone calls. Come on are you kidding???? Is she 12? She can keep calling and pleading with answering machine all she wants no one here is going to call her back. Thanks for all the posts glad I found this.
Received a few calls from a woman named Kelly who fits the bill - the number she left was 508.553.1913. Her messages were rediculous, disrespectful and amaturish. Similar to other comments on this page, she would not reveal what the call was for and seemed to be a exasperated by the absence of a return call. In the absence of a professional message with a reason for the call, she will not be called back.
I just received a call from a David about a law suit against me. I have done nothing to anyone and have no idea what this guys is talking about. I hope this guys gets shut up by someone. He keeps bothering people. No one knows what he's trying to do. Maybe steal someone's personal information if he's successful.
