received 2 calls around 1:30 and 3:30 this afternoon here in Vegas. Same scenario I was being sued. Called back but number was not accepting calls from my number , wanted to have a little fun with them. Googled the number first.
Same jerks called me again about 3 hours later. I have now blocked their number. I expect in a couple weeks they will call again though, changing their number to something else, like the way these types of scammers continuously operate. My call blocker is already filled up and to fit new numbers I keep having to delete old ones. Am very tired of playing this whack-a-mole game, new scammers/spammers continuously are popping up. Almost feel like disconnecting the phone and only connecting it for outgoing calls.
Called local citizen stating he was "Steven Johnson" from the IRS and was going to be arrested by local authorities because she owes IRS a lot of money (no specifics). She is in her 70's and scared to death...another idiot scammer.
