They keep calling my number and my job and treating that they are coming to my job or home to serve me for some payday loan which I know I don't own. I keep telling them that they have the wrong number and to quit calling this number. That's when they started harrassing me at work. I called and said they have a Satellite out of Austin and New york. I spoke with Angela at 877-381-5756. Will this ever stop
This maybe a real company but I find no license for them to operate as a bill collector in the Commonwealth of VA which is required here. However my search is impaired because they won't tell me anything about themselves. All they do is demand I pay a debt to a pay day loan company I resolved two years ago. They say I didn't they bought the debt. They refuse to do anything but demand I pay them and threatened to issue me "papers" at my office. They wont give me any information or prof about this mythical debt saying if I don't pay them on the phone now I will get all the information when the "papers" are delivered. Does anyone have a real address for these flakes?
I receive calls from this company on a weekly basis. They change their numbers several times and they withhold information about their company. They appear to be organized however appearances can be deceiving. Take it from me I have been scammed before and they all use the same tactics. When you challenge them, they become belligerent and rude. I suggest to all that you flip the switch and inquire who they are and ask them for the same information that they try to retrieve from you and be annoying with it. I received my call today on March 4, 2015. Be smarter than the serpent.
I got a strange cal from that number they said there from New York i spoke to a Paul they said my bill was i 2007 what should i do i dont recall that they tried to get 300 bucks from then i also get a text from a pay day loan to take money out.
