These people are so full of crap! They act like they have such an important matter and then it's them trying to scam you and say you took out a Pay Day Loan and didnt pay it back. Then when you say you aren't paying for it they will get all smart [***] on you and say they are working for lawyers that I should be prepared for a lawsuit. What they are depending on are people that are scared and don't know the facts. Ask them for all information in writing. Then IF they ever send you anything...don't trust that either until you do some research. The last company...which I think is the same one. Sent me a very suspicious looking letter with the address that didn't even exist on google maps. I tried to look it up and even called a company that was close to that address. They make up fake lawyers names and addresses. These people need to be put away.

They are using a new number today, 5126960771, it is registered as a cell number. This scam is well documented with the Attorney General's office in Illinois and Indiana.
Got a call a day ago at my job. Did not return it and then they call again so i gave my cell for them to call. They called me like at 8 o clock at night. Think thats a little dumb on so late. Anyway recently ran my credit report from all three major ones and there is no company with the name avrs on my report. So don't you think it would be on my credit if it was true?
