Did anything ever happen? Did they serve you with papers, keep calling or just stopped. Because I have been getting calls to call the same number back with no information at all. I will not call a number I don't know anything about or why they are calling.
I would appreciate your response on what happened.
Checked my credit reports and there are no companies that I don't know on my report. You can bet that most of the people who answer these responses who say that they were very willing to work with you probably work for the company. If they can't give you all your information without asking for it they are scammers. Everything needs to be in writting they cannot threaten you on the phone - if they do report them to your states district attorney, FTC and BBB.
yes complete scam, funny thing is they are calling for a person i dont even know looking for some dude by the name of MARK SCHECOFF or some crazy name like that, will no disclose their mailing address. how ever one lady tried giving me a new york mailing address, good thing i have an iphone tells me the state and city the call is coming from,, like really new york and your calling from texas, lol.// we need to find these little pricks and hang em... or better yet just show up at their door and take care of business the old fashioned way.. btw they are funny when they answer a prankdail lol over 80 seconds of them acting stuipd lol HAHA
