I just got a call from 512-562-0060. I told the "man who wouldn't give his name" that he reached a company cell phone....asked for this person...told him it wasn't . In the future, calls like this can be answered " DO NOT CALL ME AT THIS NUMBER AGAIN. I HAVE YOUR PHONE # ON CALLER ID. AND I HAVE YOUR NAME( BE SURE AND GET A NAME). I AM REPORTING YOU TO THE FTC AND ATTY GENERAL IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CALL AGAIN, I AM FILING HARRASMENT CHARGES ON YOU AND THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR. " Do not take any B/S from either one of them, because once you have told them this info, THEY will be in bigger legal problems than what they tell you're in.
say what you will, I paid off my loan and theysold it as an unpaid debt anyway. They make you pay in cash so it is hard totrack or prove ... these people will keep selling this even after its paid. Not everyone can afford an attorney to protect there rights in this economy.
Received a call at work number today, when I answered noone would talk. Last week a message was left on my office phone that they were looking for location information - no name, no company and didn't say who they were looking for.
If they are going to call at least leave more information on the voice mail or if someone does answer then SPEAK. AND SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!
