I got this exact same call today, mine was from Doris Johnson in Richmond VA. she said I had a payday loan from 2008-2011 while I was in the Navy. She knew my address, my bank was navy federal, and that I was in the navy. Really scary and I have never gotten a payday loan in my life. I'm glad to see that this is a scam.
This number has called many times. When answered they ask for Cindy P*******! We have no idea who she is and we have had our number for years, so it's not an old number problem. They have been told several times we don't know Cindy. They were removing us from call records, sure they were!!
Received a similar message; same company, caller's name was Jennifer Owens and they called from this number: 804-557-0562.
I've received this same cookie cutter call for the past three weeks. Different person, different company.
Revived a vm from MRP services, but from a different number - 804-557-0563 and the caller identified herself as Jennifer Owens. The only person I know in Viriginia died 10 years ago. I do not appreciate being threatened about a case that is not identified. If called and threatened again I WILL retain an attorney to sue them for harassment and threats.
That there was a pending case no number on the case and either I or my attorney contact them. But it was a different number. The number was 804-557-0538
