I got this exact same call today, mine was from Doris Johnson in Richmond VA. she said I had a payday loan from 2008-2011 while I was in the Navy. She knew my address, my bank was navy federal, and that I was in the navy. Really scary and I have never gotten a payday loan in my life. I'm glad to see that this is a scam.
I received a call from +1 (515) 212-2289. They left the same message they did each of you. I called the number back to cover my back side and some horribly unprofessional guy was short with my saying I was being sued by a bank that I've never had an account at that bank during a time when my husband was in the military. When I told him that we filed bankruptcy in 2012 and this would fall under the bankruptcy he asked me for my attorneys number. I have him the number and my case number and he hung up. Not but 5 minutes later my phone rang once and then stopped from the same area.
You people are so dumb it's hysterical!!!! Believe what there idiots on this sight are telling you and your going to end up in a legal case for no reason! I payed my debt off and got my receipt like they said i would! Now u people are real cowards for saying that m.R.P services threatened you in the voicemail they where simply giving u an ultimatum and they didn't extort anyone they give you a decision to make either go to court or voluntarily repayment they don't threaten you they don't extort you they don't lie to you, those are hard working individuals that go to work everyday just like me and you they are just doing there job! They don't have to provide any paperwork because it us to us to be able to recollect what we have done in the past! I complied with the service and now the case is gone!
