These calls are scams....I know because they got me few years back....After I had paid off the debt I didn't get receipt so I called back and said number wadnt in service anymore. So I talked to my friend who is a deputy and he checked into company name I was given and alerts popped up like crazy! Paid 500 to unknown person and fake company.

1-804-545-8092 is the number that called me. Something about a pending case and if I or my attorney do not call back I lose my rights to counsel.

I got this exact same call today, mine was from Doris Johnson in Richmond VA. she said I had a payday loan from 2008-2011 while I was in the Navy. She knew my address, my bank was navy federal, and that I was in the navy. Really scary and I have never gotten a payday loan in my life.  I'm glad to see that this is a scam.

Same recorded message except name was Carla Brooks and the number was 804-545-8092
