We are in Orlando, FL. Received a call yesterday at 3:40 which showed up on our caller ID as "206931". The automated message instructed us to call 515-354-1813 b/c our Visa at McCoy Federal Credit Union had been suspended. (We do not have an account there, nor did we call.) Have to say that I'm surprised they insert specific account names, since they apparently are not matching phone numbers against known accounts!
We live in Orlando & just received a call "out of area" on our caller id. The automated msg advised to call Corp Credit Union as your visa/debit card has been suspended. No toll-free number...just the infamous 515-354-1813. So glad to Google this # and see these postings. By the way, where is area cide 515?
We also got the 6:00am call from this number. I did a reverse lookup and only determined that it is a landline in Harcourt, Iowa. Intelius (i think that's the spelling} claim to have details on its owner but want you to pay for it.
I got a call from that number a few minutes ago...around 6:45pm saying this was an alert..... my -----debit card was cancelled and for security purposes please call 515-354-1813. I called my bank just now and my account is fine.......I also live in Orlando. I called the number and a female voice said "For free phone service go to .....threedigits.com....what is going on?
I also received a call around 2:10am in St. Louis, MO requesting I call the number mentioned here. They called again around 8:30am. Checked with bank and they did not contact me.
