No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
I have gotten calls from this area before, because I looked it up before. I do not have the numbers from the previous calls, it has been some time, but here we go again from that same area.
I got a call from this number today and no one was there to answer me even though THEY called me....so I filed a report with
the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY as I have been on file with them for years....I hope they contact them and tell them to STOP wasting our cell phone minutes. My phone does not have unlimited minutes, and I don't appreciate them calling me and bothering me, esp when there isn't even anyone there.
