No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
If you have an iPhone 5, go to number on call list, hit the "i" and block the caller. They just called 3 times. Except when I call back it says that something has been activated. Can't understand it. Doesn't sound like anything with credit cards. This worries me. I hate these low life's!!!
Yeah, how many people does it take to allow a server to operate? I can't see how it would not be possible to just let this service run on auto pilot. Oh, but the intent is to inflict as much pain on the re st of us so certain people can shove their crap sandwich down our throat. Oh well, maybe this is one area where they can cut and save the grand total of $50K or so for some government bureaucrat to sit on his /her butt and monitor the server, only to call a professional if there is a problem. In reality, there is probably a whole division of SEIU employees feeding off this. It apparently hasn't worked as designed as I keep getting telemarketers on my cell. In short, if I don't recognize it (as in this case), I don't answer it. If I check the messages and there are none, I especially ignore it. Still it aggravates me.
