No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
I got a call from this number about "important information about my credit card account". I knew it was a scam so I pressed 0 to speak with someone and ask to have them remove my number from their system. The guy that answered thought he was funny and kept saying, "Thats gonna cost you fifty bucks." I really wish there was a way to report this number/company!
I got a call from this number and missed it. No message was left. What legit company would call on New Year's Day? I have no idea, but since I am not delinquent on anything, it must be a scam or telemarketing.
