No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
I got a call and an Asian man said they wanted to lower my rates on my credit card . I kindly said sir I don't have any credit cards . Then believe it or not he went on to say "well ma'am what do u have in between your legs ? And I said excuse me ?! Then he asked the same question again and I said sir what exactly are u talking about and he said ma'am I am talking about your pu**y !! I hung up immediatly ! I could not believe it .. Oh well guess I won't answer that # ever again . Nasty!!
So, lets see which Florida non-compliant telemarketers are hiring the usually abusive, harassing, threatening, but most likely really stupid;
“L.I. (Lower Interest) Fronters“, AKA- live operator, or card service representative.
“L.I. qualifiers and closers” “L.I. Rooms, L.I. Reps”. (Search in your area, they're hiding everywhere)
And they tend to disappear fast, so save screen shots now.

My friends know who I am and if they can't get me they leave a message or text me. End result I have just come to the conclusion that I never answer my cell phone when someone calls. Anyone important will show up as someone I know, if not, then they are just not important enough to me and I'll call back if they leave a message.Life's too short to be chasing down callers I don't know...but then again here I am searching on this number :-)
This does not appear to be a legitimate operation. The agent with whom I spoke had no information abut my credit & refused to answer pointed questions about the source of their information & the way my call was being solicited (who dialed it apparently was a process the agent was not able to describe cogently.)
I answered, asked predictable questions for which I already know the answers and handled his call courteously. The second I mentioned that I was not in a position to take advantage of their services I was disconnected. I don't think they heard the entire sentence.
A call center normally states that "this call will be recorded for quality & training purposes" during an automated call-handling. I suspect this is a fraudulent call & certainly usign automated dialing indiscriminately & consequently are violating the safeguards which I assumed would come with being subscribed to the national "Do Not Call" list.
