No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
If you have a Samsung smartphone from Verizon - May work on all Samsung - I don't know....go to your recent call list and very gently tap on the number...not enough to start a call. Tap on the little icon at the bottom list...the second on the list is Delete, and the fourth on the list is Add to reject list. This should help.
They called (my phone is on the do not call list) so I answered to tell them that calling me was illegal. I pushed 1 to talk to a person. He then asked about my sex life and when the last time I shaved my genitals. I am sickened and disturbed.
