No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
Credit card reduction scam called with the usual "We'll never call again!" but I had a minute so I answered.
I couldn't tell what the guy was saying but he sounded drunk.
"Why are you calling a business office?"
Stammer and hang up.
My new tactic is to use the Drill Sergeants voice and identify the office (even though it's my personal cell) and it's AMAZING that they actually seem to stop calling!
Thanks for your Information, I gao call from this no and same message as what you have mentioned. Initially i did not picked the call and meanwhile i googled this no and got message from your post. Then later when the called me i have asked them specific to which company you belongs and the started taling in Chinese or some language and I hanged up my call. Thanks for sharing this post which helps.
I've gotten calls from these "credit card" companies on my home phone but now I'm getting them on my cell! How the He-- did they get my cell phone number???????? They also did not leave a message. Changing carriers next week anyway and changing my number. It might take them a few weeks to find it.
They are using a dialing machine that they just put numbers into. Don't ever confirm these calls by pushing any numbers. Pick up and hang up once id'd as soon as possible, the faster the better..
Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..
