No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
I asked the person who answer to take me off of their call list. He said they had no list. I asked for manager he said he had no manager. Then he got mad and said I owe him 4000.00. I told him he was lying and hung up.
Had just called Iowa so I answered before realizing I called from my work phone not my cell phone. Recording came on about my current credit card accounts. I hung up because I know it is a scam.
Called my cell. I never answer an unrecognized number. Reading all of these reports makes me glad I don't! I just enter the number into my contacts as a Telemarketer or Scammer and so if/when they call back the Caller ID identifies them as such and I know immediately not to pick up.
