No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
I kept getting this message about my credit cards, so I answered and hit 1 so I could tell them off. They asked about my credit cards and I said I didn't want a credit card, and who was calling. He said this is Victoria Secret and when was the last time I shaved my pu**y. I would like to know who this is so I can spit on his f'ing face.
