Caller ID said NY so I thought it was our lawyer as were involved in a class action. Now it was some medical company. Said we had a hip replacement. Not sure where they got that from nobody in my house has ever had that.
So it is some sort of scam. I told them not to call us again.
Heavy Indian accent saying he was from the same state I live in, calling about a mesh surgery. I couldn't understand most of what he was saying. I told him that I have never had that surgery then he wanted to know if there were anyone else in my family that had had the surgery. The funniest thing was when he ask if I had any kind of surgery that I wanted to receive any kind of money claims from. So I ask him if he wanted all of my bank account info, then I just hung up. The guy continues to call two times the next day before I actually pick up the phone and tell him that he should know that I don't qualify for his product. I have now blocked his number. I really don't know why I am posting on this website since there will be nothing done to these people. I have just started using the blocking feature from my phone carrier and I have had one spammer to use my own phone number to show up on my caller ID. These guys are very scary and there is no solution for these type of callers.
I just had 3 calls within one hour from this number. I don't normally answer any numbers I do not recognize but this time i did answer - he asked for me by name, and asked if I had had surgery. I replied that i did not know him and for him to take me off his list. Rec'd the 3rd call about a 1/2 hour later and really ripped into this next guy - I didn't even give him a chance to speak. Told him I was going to report this number to the FCC as well. Something has to give. I checked my CID and this # has tried to call us about 20 times this month. I think they are taking shots in the dark for people who have had surgery to take advantage. What scammers. Hate them.
