Got a call yesterday (on our cell phone which we use only in emergencies and noone should have the number!) mentioned credit card company, hung up immediately as they were using up our minutes! Ridiculous. Can't believe they asked for someones credit card number, scary!
i am getting calls from this number also and dont have a card other than my debit card,but it gets better there actually calling my 16 yr old's phone. It is a Cricket phone and the only card shes ever had was the one Micky D's put her pay on. My phone is also new. Im not happy about it.
got the call on sat as well.the 'gent' pretended to be from acompany that reduces credit card debt.(i dont have any credit cards, but curiosity got the best of me and i told him i did and was in debt over my ears and needed HELP.Since he had gone through the trouble to find my# who knows what else he can do? so i then called my bank and all 3 big credit agencies and reported the caller and froze a ll access to my info and $ unless it is me w/ i.d.and a pass word or i get a call. Consumers can play too i am sick of this.
