I also received a call today (4/28). The young lady introduced herself as Michelle Parker from Peterson Law Firm and stated that there is a law suit against my name and social. She asked whether I had a lawyer. I told her yes and that "I knew this was a scam so I'm hanging up now." They haven't called back so far...
This number called me today about the "legal matter" told me the case was going to court tomorrow and I would be arested etc etc I told him I couldn't understand his accent and he said miss you have to pay money or go to jail I said ok. He said you gonna pay? I responded with no way. He then said so you go jail I said ok. I told them I thought they were a scam and they hung up. Hopefully they will finally leave me alone. They bug about once a month or so.
