I have been getting calls from this number stating that I was being sued in California for an unpaid payday loan with Cash Advance. For a $300.00 loan that with fees is now up to almost $600.00, and if I didn't pay this it was going to court on Monday and I would owe fees of up to $6,000. This is a SCAM, and like everyone else it is a foreigner on the line, the scary thing is, is that they have address, ss#, work phone, cell phone.
I got the same phone call, they left a message at my work saying if i dont get in touch with them i will be arrested monday. They said I owed them 500 dollars and need to pay it as soon as possible. I asked them what proof they had and they said that if i didnt pay then i would be fined up to 10000 dollars and will never be able to get a job again. I'm happy I looked up the number and realized it is just a crazy scam.What Indian has a name of Daniel Scott anyways jesus christ.
got a call identifying themselves as the Peterson Law firm in san Fransisco. I asked pray tell what was a law firm in Ca. calling me for, here in the high mountains of N. Arkansas, and asked what the hell he wanted. "Mark" hung up, did not answer when I called to tell him That the goat his mother is hot for went blind so he could send her on over.
