"IT" called me and leave a nasty message from the IRS. I called back to let them know they left the message for someone by the name of Brian Johnson and it was the wrong person. "HE" or maybe I should again say "IT" said he would remove my number. It was only 15 minutes later that "IT" called me back and again I said no Brian Johnson lives here and I don't know a Brian Johnson. "IT" had the nerve to ask me it I was sure. BOYYYYY did I read him his rights and let him, "IT" know about his family tree!!! He hung up and I called him back and needless to say, "IT" won't answer my phone calls so that I can tell him about his roots now that "IT" know about "ITS" family tree!!! I WANT "IT TO CALL ME BACK AGAIN AND I WANT IT TO ANSWER ITS PHONE!!!! NOBODY CALLS ME A LIAR!!!!!! Just called back and let them know he was a fake and he said, it takes time to get these numbers off and to be patience! HA!
OMG, I just got a call from this number and they says I am owing $30,000.00 from since 2005 and they need the money right away. They even asking me if I have a lawyer. OMG...Thank God I called them back and they hang up the phone on me
they said they worked for the IRS and that I was ignoring their previous attempts to contact me by mail. They told me I owed tax from 2005 to 2011 and that I can be arrested, fined and placed in prison. I told them the government is closed and that IRS offices are closed today. Being an accountant, I also told him the IRS would never act in this fashion nor would they make the treats you are making over the phone. I've been dealing with them at the professional level for 30 years now. They said they worked for the IRS, and since I did not take them seriously, I would be arrested by 3 pm today. He then hung up.
and both people I spoke with had very heavy Indian accents but very normal American names.
Bogus fraudulent caller claiming to be an 'investigator' for the IRS. If you want them to stop calling just let them know you KNOW they are frauds, and that you are recording all calls from them for use by the FBI.
