Another of the "card services" scammer numbers. I've trapped probably about 130 of their numbers by now. Thankfully, I have unlimited blocking on my iphone with a program called iblacklist. Sorry, you have to be a jailbreaker to get it. If you are, its in the Cydia store.

You aren't the only one, got this on 8-7-14 from 570 983 3796 on my house phone.
I usually don't answer but I knew who it was going to be. So I pressed 1 to talk to a rep...... ha ha ha, he wanted to know if I was responding to the lower interest credit card offer... I said yes. He then says: How can I help you. Then I said "you can (bleep bleep) take me off your (bleep bleep) calling list., he didn't hang up until I was done so I know he listened to it, then he silently hung up.... next time I will use a whistle and blow their (bleep bleep) ears off.
Am I mad, you bet. For years now -- all the complaints turned in to the DNC on these people have gone nowhere....
