Another of the "card services" scammer numbers. I've trapped probably about 130 of their numbers by now. Thankfully, I have unlimited blocking on my iphone with a program called iblacklist. Sorry, you have to be a jailbreaker to get it. If you are, its in the Cydia store.
thats not the card services scam that the ones who tell you your credit can be fixed they mostly advertize on tv radio and print card services seem to want your credit card numbers for identity theft
570 983 3796. it was credit card services. no credit card company will ever call you to lower your interest rates.(you can call your credit card companies and ask, and sometimes they will lower your rate). I pressed one and she said, how can I help you. I asked on question. you scam artist never give up, do you? CLICK. im thinking of getting an airhorn for these pieces of ship.
Well, I'm supposed to be on the DO NOT CALL list, but they keep calling. My Fios/Verizon phone provider can't seem to make my opting in to the call blocking service happen (after repeated calls), so I just hang up immediately when/if they start talking. I have found that if you say "hello" once, they think they have you, so you can walk away from the phone or just wait until the person gets exhausted with their spiel and asks you a question. They know you answered (you said "hello"), but I get a perverse pleasure out of just being silent until they hang up. You can hear the person, sigh, sniff, other telemarketers talking in the room, etc.
The last call was from an elderly person, so I felt like being a little nicer. When she said, "I'm so glad I reached you today," I just interrupted with a firm, 'NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO,NO. I understand it's your job to call me, but we never do business by phone. TAKE OUR NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST!" And I just hung up.
