Received multiple calls from this number. Decided to answer it today and it is a company called RPM Collections. The number shows up as a Virginia number but the lady says they are in Washington. Apparently I have/had a old Nextel account that is in collections from 2005 for $73. I told them I was on deployment at that time and swore I resolved it in Feb.2006 and to have Sprint/Nextel call me.
Yeah, and if you had a very sick family member with mounds of hospital and medical bills from their illness, you would have never even thought to type that. I only hope you eventually drown in this economy you insensitive [***].
Grow up and learn that the world isn't black and white, and that this is a difficult time for everyone.
I seem to get 4-5 calls a week from this number. The caller never gives the address of the company or their last name. I told one caller that crooks like her should be shot.
Received a call from 571-261-0021 on 08/14/2014 at 3:14 PM, caller name ID read as "Receivablesperf." I answered "hello," and heard a female voice respond "hello." There was a lot of noise in the background, like a boiler room call center. When I did not speak again, the call disconnected. We have had our home telephone number for five years, we pay all bills on time and have never had a relationship with Sprint. Assume they are trying to collect from someone who was assigned our telephone number in the past.
