Different caller id every day with the same scammy message, same named victim. Unfortunately, whoever ends up on their list stays on the list forever with no end in sight. This robocall has been coming into switchboards for years now.

I did fight these scam people. My spouse and in laws thought my spouse was going to jail so both my spouse and in laws gave these scam people some banking information with our credit union. I caught what was going on and the credit union did credit back the 300.00 to our account. I thought things were ok. Well, come to find out when a bank or credit union credits your account back money to you they send the company in this case it was the scam people some kind of information giving the company a chance to prove they are a real company. So my credit union told me that these scam people of course provided the credit union with the paper trail that proved they were a real company - SCAM. So what did my credit union do ??? They gave these scam people back my money which was 300.00 which was to cover rent. So the scam people got the money back. The only thing I was told that I can do is contact the local police department where the main branch of my credit union is. I got very mad at the credit union and told them what was going on and get this the credit union agreed with the scam people. I still these calls at all hours of the day with different numbers on caller id. If you have voice mail or an answering machine these scam people will leave a message. So these scam people will keep doing this unless local police get involved because it is just too much for banks and credit unions to deal with.
Got another call today; no voicemail left this time. The idiot on the other end of the line probably forgot to play the recorded message. I fully expect to have someone call me and verify that I will be at work tomorrow so they can be here to serve me. I had a call about a year ago from a "processor server" that tried to say they were staying in my small town with a friend that lived close to my house. It was obvious their lie was full of holes because they talked about being on the third floor (building he was at supposedly only had two floors) and he couldn't comment on the businesses nearby.
It was then that I learned some really crafty, creative liars in the world have a guaranteed steady stream of employment if they go into the world of pseudo collections. The guy was trying to use Google Maps to say how long it would take him to get to my work if he couldn't meet me at home. I called his bluff, because around the time he was calling me a siren would be going off in town notifying the farmers it was mid-day. (Yes, small town) So when I didn't hear the siren I started talking about all the new businesses that moved into the area. (No new businesses in the area - pretty much farmland) When he commented on the traffic I said was that because the highway was blocked? (Farmers drive their tractors on the highway all the time) He said no, and that it was because of construction on some new business.
I said that's funny, we aren't putting up any new businesses in [redacted]. Now tell me where you are really calling from and why you feel the need to lie to me. He threatened to be at my work the following morning. I never heard from that person again. Similar people yes, but they completely change up who is calling, how they sound, and what they want.
I will gladly assist you! I experienced this from another one of these operations about a year ago. I googled the number and then called them and told them I knew it was a scam and to leave me alone. They promptly hung up and MIRACULOUSLY...NO MORE CALLS.
Now this one has started....I did the same thing and the guy that answered had the balls to tell me "This is a law firm ma'am. I cannot help you unless you give me your name and the case number." I laughed and said my name is "Don't Call Anymore" so....STOP or I will have YOU served!
