This is what cracks me up - I've had no less than a dozen calls from these numbers about serving me with papers. Don't they realize that after three or four first attempts, five or six second attempts, and another 8 or 9 third and final attempts that their threats fall on deaf ears?
I got another call today saying they are moving forward. With what? Another scam? Yawn...
These calls from this and many other numbers are so annoying. Alot don't leave messages but the one today did. As usual threatening that I have not 1 but 2 orders against me for fraudulent activity..etc..wish these jerks would stop...
Received the same call from the listed phone number. Recording stating my name and case number. And I would be served with papers from the district attorney for a fraud that has been connected to my social security number.
A lot of threats but they refused to give me any information regarding the details of this so called "loan" I took out. Do they really expect people to just give them money without any explanations? I hope nobody is falling for this BS!
we keep getting calls everyday at home telling us that ther is an issue with a SS # and that they will be sending me a summons etc etc. I dont know the company name they dont tell you and you cant call back.
