This is what cracks me up - I've had no less than a dozen calls from these numbers about serving me with papers. Don't they realize that after three or four first attempts, five or six second attempts, and another 8 or 9 third and final attempts that their threats fall on deaf ears?
I got another call today saying they are moving forward. With what? Another scam? Yawn...
Receiving calls the past few days from this phone number, with a recording that essentially claims that we will lose all legal rights regarding this "claim" if we do not respond to their voice message by calling them back. What an absurd idea. Constitutionally protected legal rights are not subject to response to pre-recorded voice messages, ever. That is a total joke.
6019094404 calls our office looking for someone that is in no way associated with our office, stating the person will have a warrant issued for their arrest if they don't call back - have called and requested several times that they stop calling our office! total scam waste of time............
Been getting these calls, unfortunately from what I just read. I'm a dumb a**. When I just tried to call them back I got a message saying it was an invalid number. WTH have I done. I just gave this company 320.00.
Thank you for the continued calls, you are only furthering the case of harassment that I have against you.
I'll post here once my attorney has served these bunch of clowns. Obviously I couldn't disclose details if the company opts to settle the matter and requests as such. But, if they are dumb enough to fight this tooth and nail I will ensure every gory detail is presented with crystal clear clarity.
