Maybe they should try something different. I have never had a payday loan and I am fuly aware of who my creditors are. Legitimate Creditors don't threaten and swear.....find a jar, grow a brain
I don't owe anyone and haven't in a few years now... So WHY is this J.Mark Heldenbrand calling me? My home phone is usually the number called, but today my cell number was called. Caller id showed call was placed from (602) 254-3400, but the msg left said to call (877) 264-8498 ext 102!!! These type of calls should be against the law. Just mail these people something out in writing and stop your cold calling trying to get people to pay bills they don't owe...
THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!! I live in Northern AZ and until I received a phone call from this office "J Mark Heldenbrand" I had no idea that I even owed money to a hospital in Wyoming. I haven't lived there in over 4 years. I thought that it was a little odd that a law office in phoenix was collecting a debt for Wyoming. So I did a little research, azbar.org;you can search any lawyer in the state. That is every lawyer that is licensed by the Bar. There is NO SUCH LAWYER in the state by that name. I had full intentions of paying until I found this out. I will be making a complaint to the Bar so they know of this scam.

This collection law firm and its attorney has to be licensed in the state it is calling into to collect a debt. I would report this to the state bar of Arizona and the attorney generals office.
I would also call a consumer rights attorney in Wyoming to file a FDCPA case against this agency.
