Got a call just now from a J. M (J Mark Heldenbrand, PC. ???). Asked for Marissa. When I said he had the wrong number, he said, "He'll have to find someone else to give all this money to." Then he hung up.
Look - no matter who/what you owe, NO ONE has the right to HARRASS, BE RUDE OR IGNORANT when calling - that's the REALITY CHECK! Must be a collector yourself for such a post smh....how judgmental of you! You don't know anyone's situation, if the debt is valid or anything. If you owed me money and I had to contact you I would be a PROFESSIONAL COLLECTOR AND FOLLOW THE LAW! These people are not doing that.
An alleged debtor has a federal right to know who is trying to collect. If a creditor wants to sue it can't remain an anonymous plaintiff. That should be obvious even to a lame shill.
