Maybe they should try something different. I have never had a payday loan and I am fuly aware of who my creditors are. Legitimate Creditors don't threaten and swear.....find a jar, grow a brain
There is a little difference in that.. The lawyer/client privacy is not the same as like a counselor. But, anywho.. They DO have to prove the debt in writing and have to disclose the ORIGINAL creditor.. By law if they don't produce what they are claiming you owe, then they are breaking the law...
This number belongs to a Law Firm which is retained in regards to past due debt's. They were pretty nice to me, probably because I paid my account. Everyone on this post is complaining about them, but they were pretty nice to me actually. You all should try something different instead of crying about them calling you.

I actually drive a big rig for a living but love reading these whiners and complainers who run from their debts. if you don't owe them anything then call them back and have your number removed plain in simple !
It's funny how you just don't try to make arrangements to pay back what you legally owe and signed for in a legal binding contract. What are you going to do when they do find your employment and begin garnishing your wages and you are then liable for their attornies fees for having to hire an attorney to track you down cause you skipped out on paying your bills ?? Try being a grown up and be responsible and just pay back what you legally owe.
Ok, Reality Check, check this....Just how many times am I supposed to pay the debt. This so called attorney represents Cash Central. I paid the loan back on time according to their terms, I have proven it to them several times via bank letters and statements, yet this fool keeps calling and telling that I still owe them money. The complaints on here about the rudeness and threats are legitimate because that is exactly what he does.
