Maybe they should try something different. I have never had a payday loan and I am fuly aware of who my creditors are. Legitimate Creditors don't threaten and swear.....find a jar, grow a brain
Your curse words show your intelligence ! If its a wrong # then tell them it's a wrong #. If you legally owe the debt then pay your bill and you won't have to worry about getting calls from collection agencies or attorney offices. Plain and simple and I didn't have to curse. Amazing how that works huh Frank !
I agree with you "Just Me" every collector and attorney should be professional. I don't judge anyone for anything. I simply state the facts. If your debt is invalid then there are ways to prove it. If you owe it pay it or at least make an effort to pay it. Running and hiding won't make your debts go away.
These lawyers contacted me as Debt Collectors to settle a title loan debt that I had supposedly never paid. The problem was that the vehicle that the title loan that I was not aware of was taken out recently, but that vehicle was totalled two years ago by my boyfriend and my name was never on that title. I thought that none of this added up and they expected me to pay back $1700. I told them to email me all the paper work for the title loan and I have yet to receive an email or phone call from them again.
well they called me as well and i paid them and had no problem so far in kansas they cannot prosecute u for a pay day loan but paying it back will help ur credit.
Reality Check.....you must work for them. Is it nice? Do you like it there? There really isn't any other explanation for why you'd jump to the defense of a-hole telemarketers unless you're one of them. So do you have to take an a-hole test to even qualify for the job? Have you been a-hole of the month? Since you assume everyone here doesn't pay their bills, I'm going to assume you work there, eat puppies, hate your mother and have an insatiable craving for livestock genitalia. Sound fair?
