Maybe they should try something different. I have never had a payday loan and I am fuly aware of who my creditors are. Legitimate Creditors don't threaten and swear.....find a jar, grow a brain
These people are very rude and unprofessional. Low down and drity language. They have been warned not to call me ever again. Put it in writting, send me a letter.Im also contacting the BBB. If you recieve calls from these so called attorneys.... more like Ghetto Telemarketers you also should report them.
These people call repeatedly without leaving messages. I am reading that they are trying to collect a debt but how are they suppose to do that if they don't provide any info?!
I am more than happy to discuss and dispute anything they need call me for, but will not work with a company that is unprofessional and unethical.
It's much simpler to bully you in a live call than via recording. It's also easier to authenticate your identity when live. Some collectors are very shy about messages because the privacy provisions in collections laws are a sore spot for consumer lawsuits.
