funny---my cell phone and my home phone rang with these two numbers at the same time---the 903 on my home phone and the 606 area code on my cell phone---I didn't answer either one. It has to be a scam. I don't owe any money. One more call and they get reported to the attorney general!
they are criminals, thieves and identity steelers they find ssn and make up a bogus debt and try black mailing you into giving them money that is not owed and some suckers fall for it,
