I too have received messages for over 2 years now from Adam Hall himself and a dozen of his denizens. They claimed I owed an old debt from a bank whose account I closed many years ago. They won't stop harassing me and are threatening to take me to court. I just ask if I can speak to a manager and to cease and desist calling me. They have not.
I have recieved calls for a few days from this number. There is always a voicemail with no message, and the call showed it was coming from Pikeville KY I live in KY so I wasnt sure if it was just someone with a wrong number. Finally after the 3rd phone call I called back (Blocked My number) and asked who it was, The person asked what number they dialed and I asked again I would like to know who is calling before I give out that information. He hung up, I called back again and explained that I was just hung up on and that I was merely trying to figure out who was calling me. This person hung up as well. Im very spiteful when someone does something like that I get a joy out of being a Smartass essentially so I called back a 3rd time. This time a foreign woman answered the phone and was actually very polite and told me right up front who she was and where she was calling from without my phone number. So I naturally wanted to figure this out, I gave her my number and found out it was from and account that I had in my early years of college with US Bank who was always hell for me and many other people to deal with. But it was about money I owed to them for something they had made a clearance for in 2007 then when it didnt occur the way they said it would and it caused my account to go negative they put it on me. So ready to take care of the phone calls and the amount I set up a payment for the amount. I HATE bill collectors that are rude, and these folks are EXTREMELY rude hanging up on me two times. But oh well, its one less thing to worry about now. Better to face the situation.
