Got a call from this number. A computer recording came on and stated that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call 315 area code number, don't remember the rest of the number. It is a scam
They keep calling telling me they have my refill for my prescriptions which of course I have none nor need any. I tell them to remove me off their list and hang up. Scam
Got a call on my work phone from 607-231-8335 saying the IRS was filing a legal case against me. Recorded message said to call 202-470-3304 for more information. THIS IS A SCAM.
One phone call came from 607.231.8335, caller ID stated Payphone. One phone call came from 607.767.0057, caller ID stated Elmira, NY. The messages left said this is "Officially Your Final Notice. IRS (Internal Revenue Services) filing lawsuit against you." One message stated to call phone: 202.239.8657 to discuss the case file. One message stated to call phone: 202-223-8657 to discuss the case file. This has SCAM written all over it! Don't fall for it!
Yes, I just got the call from this number, its a scam number, mine was for the IRS legal threat - scam - and said to call back at 202 241 5748 - also a scam number - don't call - ignore - why doesn't the FBI shut these numbers down.
