We received a number of calls lately stating that there is a problem with our computer or Microsoft Windows.
I just checked the caller on this last call, it was 607-739 9798.
This is a scam if there is one, and even more annoying by the fact that the calling persons argues with you when you tell them politely that you are not interested and that you want off their list.
This mob have called over the last few weeks! Their English is so bad I can't understand 97% of what they say.
They have wrung my land line and mobile! which is handy because the mobile records their number.

Then there were the calls on the land line.
I kept stopping the calls to my mobile after a while so I got messages:
Here's a sample: the name Mr Anna is not my name it was the name they used.
"Hello Mr Anna. Please received the call it's very urgent. Either I have to block your computer because it's a security warning"
I am in the land of Kangaroos, Meat Pies and Holden Cars" - so if the authorities in the land of Uncle Sam can control your fraudulent activist the rest of us on the planet might be able to enjoy our SATURDAY evening. This is A.B. (also not my name)
Got a call saying my credit card had been blocked and that I should press 1 to speak with my bank. I later verified with my bank and they said it was a fraudulent call.
I recieved a call from a blocked number and did not answer, then immediately after recieved one from 607-739-9798 which I also did not answer. They didn't leave a message. If they call again I will try to answer so that I can report back what the current scam is! Never give information to anyone who calls you, ever. Even if they say that you've won a cruise or money- 100% of the time, it's a scam.
Received a call from tis number today and the were from the IRS. And they have been trying to get ahold of me. They did not mention my name.Said there was action being taken against me. And to call them back. did not. It is a scam
