This scam has spread to Montreal, Quebec .They have phoned my number and wake me up at 10:30 at night for this stupid message saying they where windows help center and that I had problem with my computer and I had a virus. This woman was talking with an indian accent and had a bad english. Boy, did I give her a taste of my medicine, and I hang up on her.
Scam phone number. I have had a call from this phone # about 10 times in past year. The first time I thought it was real, started to answer the questions, then - the bright light hit!! It was a scam. Now I just say send me an email of the problem and I will address it that way, or pick up the phone, yell a few swear words, then hang up.
