I also got a call from this rude thieves. I have reported their number to the FTC. Please take 5 minutes and report them. It is the only way to get rid of them. !!!!!
The person that called my office was rude and disrespectful. He would not give me his supervisor or remove us from their calling list. He threatened to bill me personally for of $600 because I would not let him speak with the owner of the company.
Very aggressive, pushy person with very thick foreign accent. Very difficult to understand. Wanted to confirm address/phone so he could discontinue billing for online advertising we had "been receiving since 2010." Totally fabricated story. I refused to give him the address. So he said the contract would automatically renew. I asked him the address he had for us, he finally gave me the address and it was completely wrong. I told him that was not our address, but did not give him correct one. He got angry and tried to talk over me and bully me into thinking I had to give him information to stop from being billed. Told him he was lying and I didn't have time for him. He hung up on me.
Just got the same story everyone above got. Then the crazy lady hung up on me. So me being pissed called back to get a recording that won't take any messages. Gotta love folks trying to con small business owners.
I received two or three calls, The last call the male asked for the previous owner of my phone#. When I explained that person has not had this number for 9 years,they hung up.
