Funny stuff. Called and left a message stating they were calling from the Ohio Attorney General's division. No minimiranda given. Message broke half a dozen fdcpa violations. This should be fun.
these people are rude! one guy was cussin at me for no reason. they call at all hours on my cell. they say i have 30 days to dispute the charge (which I am doing, but need time to gather information from both UOP (which by the way SUCKS!!!!!) and my lender (Wells Fargo, who's been great!)
Anyway, i hate these people, the woman was a total b*tch... I asked her for what information I needed to include in my dispute, she was like "I dont know" "I cant tell you what to put in there"... I hung up on her because she made me so angry I could barely restrain from smashing my phone into the wall. HOW DO YOU RECOMMEND TO DISPUTE A CHARGE, THEN NOT KNOW HOW?
I guess it takes a special person to be cold, calculating [***], for a profession. Sorry, Lindsay, but your life sucks, and you suck at life. >=)
This person called me 2 times in the last 2 days. The first time my connection was so bad I couldn't understand him, and the second time (last night) he was rude and called me a baby when I asked what the call was in regards to before verifying that I was who he was calling for, then he hung up on me. Absolutely horrible phone skills if you ask me, and if he calls me again tonight and is just as rude you can bet I'll be calling this number straight back and speaking to his supervisor, then placing a call to my attorney.
