I have 3 accounts with businesses that finance thru Comenity Bank. These jerks have called 8 times today even though I have set up payments online. Paying these jerks off in January. Such blatant harassment! I also plan to give an earful to these 3 companies for financing thru Comenity. Consumers beware!
Receiving several calls per day from a few different numbers.. all are Comenity Bank. I had purchased a small computer from HSN (insert laugh here) and it wasnt what they said it was, so I returned it a full WEEK before the cutoff date, and the battle with Comenity started.. They listen to your story and then say, "Would you repeat that to my Manager?" The manager, whom I suspect is Another cubicle-dwelling little miscreant, says he will take care of it. A month goes by and in the meantime, another month's interest has accrued on a debt I dont owe! "Make your payment of $15.00 and this all goes away." "Yeah, how about you go blow a dead horse?" They just paid 8.4 million dollars as settlement in a class action suit last October, so it's obviously a $ maker for them.. I'll never give them a dime. I may go to jail for driving there and taking out windows, but I'll never give them a dime for what I don't owe"
This number calls non stop numerous times and day and never leaves a message. I changed my voice mail saying that I wish to receive detailed messages for security purposes on their end. Still nothing. I do have a past due credit card and from the previous posts it is thru comenity bank. But I have received no paper statement.
These idiots call about every hour. I have never done any business with them. I have a security blocker on my home phone, so it only rings one time and it hangs up on them. They must be real idiots, because it seems like they would figure out, it is not going through. It's probably about time to file a suit for harassment
