I have 3 accounts with businesses that finance thru Comenity Bank. These jerks have called 8 times today even though I have set up payments online. Paying these jerks off in January. Such blatant harassment! I also plan to give an earful to these 3 companies for financing thru Comenity. Consumers beware!
I keep getting phone calls from Comenity throughout the day...every day. They use different numbers which repeat several times. Needless to say, it is very annoying.
Calls at least daily, now moving to hourly. Whether I say hello or not, there is no response on the other end. If it's a debt collector as others suggest, my only credit card is with my employer (a bank) & it's my employer's number that they are calling :( At the same time this number started calling, I also started receiving same type call with consistent behavior from 720-456-3681.
I have added thier number(s) as a contact...just received 2 calls within 30min 2 diff numbers both Commenty bank. I will print screen and file a complaint with FCC and whomever else re thier practices. They are not allowed to call before a certain time or after a certain time and multuple.times a day is illegal too.
