I have 3 accounts with businesses that finance thru Comenity Bank. These jerks have called 8 times today even though I have set up payments online. Paying these jerks off in January. Such blatant harassment! I also plan to give an earful to these 3 companies for financing thru Comenity. Consumers beware!
They have called four times in two hours and do not leave a message. I see from other comments that it is about a Venus credit card which I never heard of and never heard of Comity Bank either. As far as I know, I have never done any business with them. I have one credit card and it is not with them.
Comenity Bank is used so they appear to look believable. In truth, it's nothing more than a phishing scam to steal personal and financial information. Turn off the machine and let the phone ring to discourage them from calling you eventually.
