This is still going on but looks like they got a new number a week ago and then again today i got a call from this number 763-201-9001saying the same as you have all said above to call richard blackburn. I just hung up both times ....but in the process of searching for answers cause it just didn't seem right I found this and wanted to give a heads up on the number change.
I just received a call from 616-920-9168 informing me that there was a law suit pending against me and that I had to call this number 916-920-5168 within 24 hours to protect myself. Both numbers appear to be from cell phones from Michigan.
I had the same thing. I called the number that the voicemail came from which is different than what was given to call back. When I called the number it said the mailbox was full.
