This is still going on but looks like they got a new number a week ago and then again today i got a call from this number 763-201-9001saying the same as you have all said above to call richard blackburn. I just hung up both times ....but in the process of searching for answers cause it just didn't seem right I found this and wanted to give a heads up on the number change.
received calls from 616-920-5168 saying i had an apsire visa account over due from 07/04. they told me they were from legal mediation solutions and i had 15 mins to pay $1100. or i would be sued tmrw. I ask them to fax me a copy of my purchases on this card bc i had never applied for card they refused and hung up on me.

I have called 616-920-9168 that number and a lady answer the phone and she stated that she has had so many phone calls about this, what is happening is that they are spoofing her phone number with a scam. She is so mad about the situation and stated that she has called the phone company and they told her that they could not do a thing about it. These are people who are calling from India and producing a scam for people to send them money. As for the lady with that phone number the only way she can get this situation taking care of is to change her phone number. The people doing these scam use various phone number and lie about being a law firm. I wish we could do something about this, but it seems we can't the only thing is if you don't recognize a phone number on your phone don't answer it.
I just got this call from 616-920-5168 about some legal matter and 24 hrs. to respond. The name Richard Blackburn was also given. I have no idea what this is about....I got a recording when I called back. Is this legit????
these people do not say who they want and when i asked them who they wanted they wanted information which i did not give. very nasty. do not give any information.
