This is still going on but looks like they got a new number a week ago and then again today i got a call from this number 763-201-9001saying the same as you have all said above to call richard blackburn. I just hung up both times ....but in the process of searching for answers cause it just didn't seem right I found this and wanted to give a heads up on the number change.
I've been getting the same calls!!! Has anyone else received follow up calls saying they attempted to deliver notices at your home regarding this issue?
its definitely a scam they changed their numbers. legal mediation services they say. the call came from 985-245-5712 which is Louisiana. told me to call Richard Blackburn at 269-459-2155 in Michigan. its a scam. first warning sign is calling from one state for you to call another. scam. scam. do not give them any info! Richard Blackburn uses numbers for a bit then changes them again. Do not give them any info what so ever. you also do not get phone calls about legal matters, you get them in the mail usually from the courts or attorneys.
I have also gotten several calls of this nature with the name Richard Blackburn but the return call back number was different. The Number I was called from was 989-460-2703 and I was to return call to this number 269-459-2155. Have been called several times and never answered but voicemails were left.
I got the same call from 313 242 0681, they left a message with the same "24 hours until Im sued". They said i owed a us bank debt and gave me a different account number than in the voice mail. Also asked to validate the debit, the guy got mad saying its already been sent out. Asked to send certified this time I should get it tomorrow as I am already in Michigan. Guy named Steven was a "case worker", said he will let "them" know I refused to deal with it and hung up. Could not find anything on Legal Mediation Solutions. Called back got disconnected again, called back a second time spoke with Steven again. Asked for a business address, he "didn't feel comfortable giving that out". Asked who "Richard" was, he said the attorney there. He finally provided the address as 2885 Sanford Ave SW Grandville, MI 49418. Looked it up, its industrial manufacturing.
Advised I was sending a letter to validate the debt. "Steven" said he would re send validation via email, still nothing received.
